Refund and Return policy

Our Refund and Return Policy:

If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply email with your full name and order number and we’ll exchange it or give a cash refund. This includes sale and offer items.
Once submitted, you’ll get an email with a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label.

Please return the unused product to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once returned, we’ll process your return. Please note, it can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed, and a further 3 to 5 working days for you to receive your refund or exchange - please note that some banks may take longer than this.

Package the items up securely in a bag or box.

Post your product(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

You’ll get an email from us once your return has been processed – we aim for this to take no more than 14 days.

Missing orders:

If your order has been dispatched and hasn’t arrived within the expected period, you can check the location of your order through the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find it. Search Secret Whispers and/or Royal Mail.

Damaged items

We always take great care when we package our items to avoid damage during transit. However, if you take delivery of an order that has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 2 days. You can then return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt. 

International Returns

If you’re returning an item from outside the UK, we are not able to refund the cost of your delivery UNLESS the item is faulty.
