After 4 kids, my pelvic floor is, to put it bluntly, knackered. I came across Secret Whispers via the pelvic floor specialist physio, Emma James who recommended them.
I have tried a few pelvic floor trainers - most of them involve lying prostrate in bed whilst exercising and with 4 kids, that's just not an option. plus the 'TENS' type machines are basically electrocuting yourself in the vagina. Not the MOST pleasant....
The weights are great. The balls in varying sizes mean that there is progressive overload, so get more challenging as you progress. They are smooth silicone and feel like a top-quality product.
And most importantly, they work! I am 4 weeks in and have progressed to the next weight up. I can feel a difference already, but the key to progress is consistency and that's where these weights are brilliant because they are so easy to find time to use.
